Hourly Labour Charge : £35

Minimum Labour Charge : One Hour (£35)

After the first hour on site, we charge in half-hour increments.

So, for example, 90 minutes on site would be charged at £52.50.

If any parts require replacement, we discuss this with you and agree the cost prior to proceeding with the repair.

Payment

We are able to accept payment by cheque or cash.

Payment is required on completion of work.

How Long Will it Take?

During your first call to us, we can give you an initial assessment of the problem and the time it might take to resolve (based on the information you are able to give us). A more accurate assessment of the time required can be made once we arrive on site. We keep you informed as works progress and get your approval before proceeding with any repairs.

In the majority of cases, works can be completed within 60 to 90 minutes. It is usually evident during the first hour if a repair is likely to take longer than this and we will discuss this with you before proceeding further.
